The policy, in plain words
- A refund request can only be made after your contract period has ended. Until the contract end date, your file is still being processed and no refund request is accepted.
- Once your contract has ended, submit the form below (or visit the office). Our team verifies your file, payments and paperwork.
- After verification, the refund is processed in approximately 2–5 weeks and you are contacted for the handover.
