How much does it cost an employer to hire workers through Dream International?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Our model is worker-funded: candidates cover their own recruitment, documentation, medical and travel costs. The employer provides the job, the work permit and the agreed salary — there is no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no hidden charge on the employer side.

Why are your Bangladeshi workers different from workers recruited directly from Dhaka?

Most of our candidates already live and work in Qatar or the UAE. That matters twice. First, they are proven migrants — 3 to 10 years of Gulf site discipline, used to long shifts and labour camps. Second, because they are Gulf residents, their D-visa application is filed at the embassy covering Qatar/UAE rather than Dhaka, which avoids the backlogs and document-verification suspensions that currently affect applications filed from Bangladesh.

Which trades can you supply?

Construction (masons, rebar fixers, carpenters, welders, operators), manufacturing and metalwork, garment sewing operators, plumbers, electricians, drivers, warehouse and logistics staff, agriculture and hospitality workers, and general labour. Skill-test videos are available for most trades before you commit.

CVs within 24 hours of your requirement. After you select candidates and your work permit is issued, mobilisation typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on the destination country's visa processing — our Doha office prepares documents in parallel so no week is wasted.

How do we know the documents are genuine?

Accepted Answer

It is the core of our business. Every passport, certificate and police clearance is verified before a file opens, and our own tracking system records every stage — you can check any worker's file status online at any time. We built the company to survive on repeat business, and forged papers end that overnight. We invite you to verify our office, our licence and any document we submit.

Do you handle the work permit in our country?

The employer (or their local licensed agency) applies for the work permit, because the law in most destination countries requires it to come from the local side. We supply every supporting document — attested certificates, translated CVs, medicals, police clearance — formatted to your immigration office's checklist, and we can coordinate directly with your immigration lawyer.

Yes, and we recommend it. Most partners start with 5–15 workers, test the process end to end, then scale. Several of our routes began exactly this way.
