For employers & recruitment agencies
Dream Group International is building the most trusted cross-border recruitment bridge between Middle East talent and European employers, operated from our two offices in Doha and Sylhet. Our candidates live and work in Qatar and the UAE today — so their visas are filed in the Gulf, not Dhaka, skipping the backlogs entirely. You provide the job and the work permit. We handle everything else.
Why employers choose us
Because our candidates are Qatar/UAE residents, their D-visa is filed at the embassy covering the Gulf — not in Dhaka, where applications currently face months of verification holds. The queue simply is not there.
3–10 years on Gulf construction sites and factories. They have already lived abroad, already worked 10-hour shifts, already sent money home. Arrival shock and early quitting — the two things that ruin foreign recruitment — largely disappear.
Embassies tightened checks because of forged permits in the market. Our answer: every document verified before a file opens, every file trackable online. Verify our office, our licence, any paper we send. We want you to.
One point of contact in our Doha office runs your file from the first CV to the arrival hall.
Trades, headcount, salary and conditions. A two-line email or WhatsApp message is enough to start.
We shortlist from our pool of Gulf-based, trade-tested candidates. Video interviews or recorded skill tests on request.
Your side handles the local permit for the workers you select. We prepare every supporting document to your checklist.
Visa filing at the Gulf embassy, medicals, police clearance, tickets and arrival coordination — all handled by our Doha office.
Skill-test videos available for most trades before you commit to a single CV.

Your country not listed? If it issues work permits to Bangladeshi nationals, we can build the route — ask us.
In Bangladeshi labour migration, the worker traditionally funds their own placement — recruitment, documents, medicals and travel. That is our model too, stated openly: our candidates carry the processing costs, so the employer pays no recruitment or placement fee at all. Your only obligations are the ones you would have anyway — a genuine job, a genuine permit and the salary you offered. It also means our incentive is placing workers who stay, because a worker who quits early costs us the next deal with you.
Nothing. Our model is worker-funded: candidates cover their own recruitment, documentation, medical and travel costs. The employer provides the job, the work permit and the agreed salary — there is no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no hidden charge on the employer side.
Tell us the trades, headcount and conditions — matched CVs land in your inbox within 24 hours.
