Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Identity: your full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth as printed on your documents.
• Contact: email address and phone / WhatsApp number.
• Documents you upload: passport, national ID (NID), photograph, police clearance certificate (PCC) and any other paper you choose to attach.
• Your signature, when you sign a Self Apply form on screen.
• File information created by our office: your reference number, stage, destination country, payments and receipts.
• Basic app usage events (for example: opened the app, uploaded a document) so our staff can help you when you call.

Why we collect it

• To open and process your work permit or visa file with employers, embassies and government offices.
• To let you track your file and see your receipts using your passport number and email.
• To let our office verify the documents you send and attach them to your file.
• To answer your questions through the in-app Visa Assistant and our support inbox.
• We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

• Your data is stored in an encrypted Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and private file storage.
• Uploaded documents sit in a private storage bucket. They are not publicly reachable — a document can only be opened by our office staff through a short-lived secure link.
• Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.

Who can see it

• Authorised Dream International staff in our Sylhet and Doha offices.
• Employers, embassies, medical centres and government authorities — only the documents required to process your specific file.
• Our technology providers who host the service (Supabase, Vercel) and the AI provider that powers the Visa Assistant (DeepSeek). Chat messages sent to the assistant are processed to produce a reply.
• Nobody else. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated agencies.

How we protect it

• Database row-level security means one customer can never read another customer's file.
• Looking up a passport number on our website returns only a masked name (for example "Mi***** Ra****") so a guessed number cannot reveal someone's identity.
• Documents you upload go into a review queue and are only attached to a file after our staff verify them.
• Staff access to the office software requires a login.

How long we keep it

• We keep your file and documents for as long as your case is active, and afterwards for the period required by Bangladeshi and Qatari record-keeping rules.
• Closed, refunded or cancelled files are archived rather than deleted, so we can answer questions about your case later.

Your rights

• You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, financial records).
• You can withdraw consent at any time — but we may then be unable to continue processing your file.

The Android app

• The app asks for storage/photo access only when you choose a document to upload. Nothing is read from your phone in the background.
• The app does not track your location, does not read your contacts and does not show advertisements.
• Notifications shown in the app are messages written by our office about your file.
• You can use the app without registering — but tracking your file requires your passport number and email.

Children

Our services are for adults seeking overseas employment. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor's data has reached us, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
